After a successful career in technology and fiber optic innovation, Lynn Chapman transitioned into public policy research and analysis. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Public Policy. He has served on a number of boards including The Myositis Association (healthcare), Enterprise Mentors International (micro-lending), Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (public infrastructure), and Southern Virginia University (education).
